Evenhar Development Corporation is a vertically integrated real estate development, investment and construction company based in New York City. EDC has operated and developed projects in excess of 1 million square feet valued at almost $1B. For over 25 years, we have been fulfilling the need for high-quality and environmentally responsible buildings that improve the way communities live, work and play. Community improvement, both physically and socially, is an integral part of our mission at EDC. By building self-sustaining, beautifully designed, and financially sound projects we look to elevate the quality of living for all in the community.

EDC’s experience and complete hands-on approach, from vision through execution, has allowed us to develop a deep understanding of the real estate landscape. Our team structures and manages some of the most interesting and complicated transactions. EDC proudly showcases a portfolio that spans across multiple asset classes from multifamily, commercial, office to medical, life science, education and faith-based projects.

Faith-based Development

Evenhar’s faith-based division, works with local faith-based organizations in the redevelopment of their real estate assets allowing them to be able to achieve their mission. Evenhar’s team guide and help the organization navigate through the complexities of the development process allowing them to realize their vision.

Leadership

Oren Evenhar
President

Oren has garnered experience in all aspects of the real estate and construction industry over the past 25 years. As president, Oren is responsible for all phases of project execution and the leadership of his teams. His unique ability of forging strategic partnerships with private, public and institutional organizations, combined with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the industry, allows him to specialize in complex acquisitions and development.

Mr. Evenhar also dedicates time and resources to various causes. Oren serves on the board of RCCS, an organization that provides hope and relief for cancer patients and their families. He also sponsors Home Sweeet Home and Rachel’s Place, two non-profit organizations that specialize in helping teenagers at risk and post-risk.
